Simple answers before you request access.
Is this only for food?
No. KeepByDate focuses on household consumables, including food, medicine, cosmetics, baby supplies, pet food, and cleaning products.
Will the scanner know the expiry date automatically?
Not always. The expiry-date scan is an assistive feature. You always confirm or edit the detected date before saving.
Will I get too many reminders?
No. KeepByDate sends one daily digest only when something needs attention. If nothing is expired or expiring soon, no email is sent.
Is this a mobile app?
Not right now. KeepByDate is a mobile-first web app. A native app may be considered later only if many paid users ask for it.
Is there AI or recipe recommendation?
No. KeepByDate is focused on simple expiry tracking and reminders, not AI or recipes.
Why is the free plan limited to 1 item?
One item is enough to try the full flow. If KeepByDate helps you, the Plus plan unlocks more household tracking.
